Deliver a high class service to our customers. We are very conscious of lost of time and money regarding computer's breakdown, Progilan put everything in place to give quality service and offer a fast turn-around time response. Our satisfied customers became our best reference and

Customer's situation

• Dos accounting software , three separate locations.
• The customer wishes a real-time and secure book-keeping, right now the billing is sent from Victoriaville and Sherbrooke to St-Hubert once a week.
• The customer also wants a secure communication for external and internal e-mail.

Progilan's proposed solutions • The three locations would be connected with the installation of Terminal Server-Windows 2000 in the St-Hubert location linked by High Speed protocol ADSL
• Security completed with firewalls in every location.
• Encrypted communication.
Customer's benefits • Elimination of time lost and money , having employees from the three locations working in real time in a secure environment.
• External and internal e-mail are secured

Customer Talvest fund Management Inc.( Montreal) now Talvest Fund Management division of CIBC Asset Management Inc.
Customer's situation • Moving from one building to another , 40 Operation Rackmount Servers to be transfered.
• The job had to be executed on two separate week ends and the servers had to be up and running in short time period.
Progilan's proposed solutions

• Dismantling of the racks and supervision of the server's transport from one building to the other building.
• Reassembling of the racks and making sure the servers were operational in time.
